Delivery Times and Locations
An estimated delivery time is provided on the product page (Calculate shipping and estimated delivery time for your region), considering only one unit to be purchased. In the shopping cart, for each item included in the order, the delivery time is again indicated, which may have varied due to a larger quantity of product units (greater weight and volume in delivery). For orders with more than one item, there may also be different delivery times, depending on availability in our stock. Deliveries may be made by Postal Service or Carrier, following the rules specified below.

Delivery Time
The delivery time for this order will be as presented at the time of purchase. In any circumstance, the delivery time only begins after your order is approved, i.e., after payment confirmation. Our carriers route deliveries by region, with each postal code range having a specific delivery time. If the estimated delivery date falls on a holiday in the delivery region, please add one (1) day to the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase.
Please note that for calculating product delivery times, we consider business days to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
It is essential that someone is present at the specified address. After a delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our Distribution Center, and a new reshipment fee will be charged to the customer.
For free shipping, only the first shipment will be considered free. Reshipment will be charged, and the order will only be released for delivery after payment confirmation (payment must be made by bank deposit as instructed by our consultants).
Delivery can be made to third parties, such as relatives and doormen, provided they are authorized by the buyer to receive the merchandise by signing the delivery receipt and presenting identification.
The person responsible for receiving your order will also be responsible for checking all received products. It is necessary to verify that everything is as requested, if there are any variations, if the packaging shows any signs of damage, or if the items are incomplete.
Refuse delivery if the packaging is not in adequate condition or shows signs of damage.
For addresses located on upper floors, our partners (postal service or carriers) will deliver the products to the upper floor and cannot deliver to upper floors.
The delivery time may be suspended due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as, but not limited to, floods, strikes, public demonstrations, pickets, natural disasters, among others.
The USER IS SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PACKAGED PRODUCT TO ENSURE IT FITS IN THE LOCATION WHERE IT WILL BE USED OR STORED.
To guarantee satisfaction with your purchase, we recommend:
Keep the packaging for 30 days and a receipt for the products, as these will be necessary if any defects are found.
ATTENTION: Never sign any document or release the carrier without the products being delivered.
Understand how the payment method affects the delivery time:
Credit Card: The delivery time for the order begins after payment confirmation by the card issuer.
Bank slip or electronic transfer: The delivery time starts counting only after the payment request by the financial institution, which generally (most of the time) occurs within 2 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 3 business days (times informed by the financial institutions).
Delivery delay: A delivery may be delayed due to several factors, such as delays in order release by the credit card administrator, inconsistencies in data provided by the customer, absence of a delivery location, refusal of collection by third parties, as well as natural events and social movements (strikes, demonstrations, etc.).
