You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, but please note the following rules:

  • You must send all items from the return request;
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  • The product cannot show signs of use;
  • The product must have all labels intact;
  • The product must be sent along with the invoice, manuals, and accessories;
  • If the product has been assembled, you must disassemble it yourself using the manual. If you feel it is necessary to hire a disassembly service, you must do so directly with a company of your choice and bear the corresponding costs.

If the rules are not followed, the items in the return request will not be collected by the carrier or will be returned to you.

Requesting a return is very simple! Access “Login”, click on “Exchanges and Returns” and, after choosing the item you wish to return, click on “Exchange or Return” and follow the steps. The return request will be processed in less than 1 minute. You will receive an email with all the instructions.

To return the product, simply use the guide you will receive by email, which contains the recipient’s details for your shipment. Remember:

  • You must go to a post office (either a main branch or a franchise) with the Authorization Code and the product for shipment;
  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, wrapped in brown paper and accompanied by the labels, manuals, accessories, and invoice that were delivered with it;
  • According to postal service rules, the order invoice must be presented by the customer along with the package to be shipped and will be attached to the outside of the packaging. In cases where the invoice is inside the package, you must fill out the Content Declaration available at post office branches.
  • Once the product is received at our Distribution Center, a quality analysis will be performed, which may take up to 2 business days.

The refund for your product will be processed according to your original payment method or via a store credit, and will only be issued if all return policies are met.
